1. Who is the data controller?
Identity: Ignacio de la Torre Muñoz de Morales
Email: ignacio.delatorre@gmail.com
2. What data do we process and why?
This website only collects personal data through the contact form, in order to reply to your request for an interview, a talk or information.
We process the data you enter in the form: name and surname, email address and the content of your message. We do not process special categories of data or build profiles.
The website does not use its own cookies or any analytics or advertising tools. See our cookie policy for details.
3. Legal basis
The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the acceptance box (not pre-ticked) before sending the form. You may withdraw it at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
4. How long do we keep your data?
We keep your message for as long as needed to deal with your request and any resulting conversation. It is then kept blocked only for the legal periods during which liabilities may arise, and deleted afterwards.
5. Recipients
We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law. We use the following providers, acting as data processors:
- Vercel Inc. (website hosting and form delivery). This may involve an international transfer to the United States, covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
- Soluciones Corporativas IP, S.L. (DonDominio) (email service), with servers in the European Union.
For security reasons, the hosting provider records visitors’ IP addresses technically and temporarily, without any tracking or analytics purpose.
6. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw your consent, by writing to ignacio.delatorre@gmail.com with the subject «DATA PROTECTION RIGHTS» and proving your identity.
If you believe your request has not been properly handled, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency at www.aepd.es.
7. Minors
You must be over 14 to send the contact form. If you are younger, you need the authorisation of your parents or legal guardians.
8. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data. The website is always served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and does not store form messages in any database: they are sent directly by email.
9. Changes
We may update this policy to adapt it to legal changes or changes to the website.
